Which data
- Name, phone number and email address
- Pick-up and drop-off address, date, time and flight number
- For business clients: company name, contact person and invoice details
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or the contact form

Only to plan and carry out your ride, to keep in touch about it, to invoice, and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Who we share data with
- Our driver, as far as needed for your ride
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you send your request via WhatsApp
- Netlify, which hosts this website and its forms
- Our payment provider, for the iDEAL payment link
- Our accountant, for the legal records
We never sell your data.
Cookies and statistics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure how the website is used. Google places cookies for this. You can block cookies in your browser.
Retention
Ride data is kept as long as needed for the ride and invoicing. Invoices and records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch law.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it. Email boeken@optijdvervoer.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
