Answers to common questions
What time should I leave for Schiphol?
Within Europe, be at Schiphol 2 hours before departure. Outside Europe, 3 hours. Add the travel time and 10 minutes of margin. In busy periods it is wise to leave a little earlier.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. The pick-up time moves with it and waiting costs nothing extra.
Do I pay more at night or at the weekend?
No. The price you see applies at any time, also at half past four in the morning and on Sundays.
How are the fixed prices set?
Each town has a fixed amount based on distance and average travel time. It is below what the taximeter would show under the national maximum rate.
Can I book at short notice?
Preferably twelve hours in advance. Is your ride within three hours? Call +31 23 205 2290 and we will check right away what is possible.
How do I pay?
In advance via the iDEAL payment link we send with the confirmation. Business clients ride on account and receive one invoice per month.
Can I cancel or change my ride?
Up to 12 hours before departure you can cancel or change free of charge.
Do you drive more than four people?
Yes. For 5 to 8 people we use the Mercedes V-Class, for € 12 extra per ride. We confirm availability within one hour.
